What is provided to build your unique Corkshack
We provide detailed architectural plans in PDF format and editable AutoCAD drawings for your Glamping Huts,
which include technical plans to scale, elevations and sections to better understand the construction of the Corkshack.
Measurements and a list of recommended materials and finishes are also included.
These plans will make it easier for you or your builder to construct your ideal Corkshack by taking the following steps:
The ideal space for two!
Of course, the interior layout of the Corkshack can easily be adapted to accommodate more. The choice is yours.
A simple kitchenette and a well designed bathroom provide for your guests’ needs and the living space can be adapted for two or more.
If possible, use solar panels for your energy and water heating or tankless water heaters for the bathroom and kitchenette.
HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems can be installed to heat or cool the space.
Double or triple glazed windows and doors and LED lighting are recommended.
To complete the picture we suggest a wooden deck for your guests to relax on and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.
The interior finish is up to you, make your Corkshack unique.
Necessary technical plans drawn up by an architect are supplied for the kitchen and bathroom leaving the
choice of the materials and finishes up to you and your budget.
Your target market will determine how luxurious or basic you make it.
A complete set of plans in PDF format and editable AutoCAD drawings will allow you or your architect to customise the Corkshack interior
and foundations to meet your personal needs and ensure
local building compliance.
